Delivery & Shipping Lead Times
Production and delivery are the combining factors that affect lead times, so it really depends on the size of the order, the simplicity or complexity of the product being produced and where it needs to be delivered.
Each product you order will be assigned an individual production and delivery lead time which will be communicated to you when we provide your quote.
Shipping Methods
Over the years, as our client base has expanded globally, we’ve worked hard to create a production outfit that adapts to your needs, and are constantly communicating with our forwarders to find the most effective ways to deliver goods for our clients in terms of cost, time and safety of the products. We also keep up to date with import /export duties and taxes to help advise about additional costs our clients may incur on international shipments.

Can’t store your full order? Not a problem – we can store any surplus products in our warehouse until you need them.
On top of our storage services, we can offer an individual mailing service to your clients. If you’re interested in this service, just ask a member of our team for a fulfilment template to see what information we require.

With you every step of the way
We receive your brief and start mocking up some designs for you.
Once completed we will send you your design proposal.
From that digital proposal we will mockup some designs of what your merch products will look like.
Once you are happy with the designs, we can move forward with the order.
With the order complete, your products will be delivered to you by an accredited global courier.
